Order Information

Terms - All Unitedsigns4u.com orders must be paid in full at the time of order.

Rush Orders - Unitedsigns4u.com rush service, please call for availability.

Acknowledgements - We will acknowledge all orders via fax or e-mail. Any changes made after acknowledgement in the order may incur additional cost and production delays.

Copyright Laws - The customer assumes full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation arising arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents or copyrights on any requested design or copy


Payment Methods
Unitedsigns4u.com accepts the following payment method:

Credit Cards
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped. Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. For safety and security reason, orders will be shipped to the billing address only, unless your shipping address is on file with your credit card company as an alternate shipping address.


Returned Merchandise
All returned merchandise must be received within 3 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight and handling charges. No returned merchandize shall be received by the seller without authorization. Custom imprinted merchandise CANNOT be returned for credit.


Damage Claims
The purchaser to the carrier and seller, whether concealed or obvious, must report all claims for breakage and/or damage, immediately. All merchandize damaged during shipping must be received by the seller within 3 days. Failure by the purchaser to report any claims for breakage and/or damage within 3 days shall cause the purchaser to waive the claims. When a damage claim is made, purchaser may be entitled to reshipment of merchandize. Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund without approval of seller.


There will be a $50.00 charge if an order is cancelled after artwork has been prepared. Once an order has been printed, it cannot be cancelled.


Orders will be shipped via USPS ground, Los Angeles, CA., unless otherwise requested. USPS requires a street address. Alternate delivery is available upon request via USPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select. PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE SHIPPING TIME TO YOUR DESTINATION. We cannot guarantee "carriers" delivery time and are not responsible for orders lost in transit. All of our products will be shipped to you by USPS ground at the cost of $4.95 per item and this cost will be remain the same whether you order one or ten items.

If you want our products to arrive in two days, it will be at the cost of $20 for item.

For next day services before 3:00 p.m., it will cost $40 per item.


Standard packaging included. Call for quote on special packaging. Any special packaging requirements must be confirmed in writing.


Production and Shipping Time
Pre-Printed Banners and other items will be shipped within 24 hours of order. Production time on CUSTOM merchandise begins on the date United Signs receives a signed customer proof. Production time excludes shipping time. Every effort will be made to ship within 48 hrs after signed customer proof has been received.
